How to get there

Most people will be driving south fom Perth on the South Western Highway. Presuming you aer coming this way, as you enter the small town of Baligup on this highway notice a small bridge, just after this is a road off to your left. This is Jayes Road and there is a small sign to the Origins Center. Turn left onto Jayes Road and go 1.3 kilometres along the road. You will then see a sign on your left directing you to the Retreat Centre which you get to via a small unsealed road.

Tariffs per night

Member $16 Member/concession $13

non member $23 Non member/concession $20

If you bring your own tent the tariff is $10


Also for those interested there are often possibilities to work on Centre projects in lieu of accommodation fee. Also take $3 off the tariff in exchange for an hour of light work

Children under 4 are free, children from 5 to 17 are $6 per night. If you bring your own tent the tariff is $10 per night.


The Centre is regularly booked out by groups. This is the main reason that you need to book before you come. For group bookings there is a $250 per night minimum equating to 11 inviduals paying the non - members nightly tarrif. The actual charge will depend on the number and status of the guests as regular rates apply.

Please note there is a facilty fee of $5 for those non residents of the center attending courses/retreats at the center.
